	Your room will be ready for you at 12 midday, on the day of your arrival until 12 midday, the day of your departure.




	Formule 1 hotels accept a very wide range of payment methods. If you arrive during reception hours, you can pay in cash, by credit card, Eurocard-Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Carte Compliment and chèques vacances* 24 hours a day 7 days a week, you can access your room using the Automatic Check-In System, located at the hotel entrance with your Eurocard-Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express or Carte Compliment*. In Germany - Cash (EURO), Mastercard, Visacard (NO Visa Electron), American Express, EC Card (PIN required), Traveller Cheques (EURO), Accor Compliments Cheques. In Australia - Cash, Credit Cards, EFTPOS. In Belgium - Cash, MC, Visa, Amex. (No cheques) In United Kingdom - Cash, Visa, Amex, cheques, Bank transfers, Mastersard, Maeastro, Solo, Switch. In Netherlands - Cash / Visa / Ecmc / Amex / Diners / Bankcards (national). In France only, at hotels that accept them. Inquire at your hotel reception desk). ** Except in Australia (you must arrive at the hotel from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am), and starting at 12:00 am in Germany.

	Guests' pets, under their owners responsibility, are welcome at Formule 1. For hygiene reasons, only one animal may be accepted per room, at a rate of € 3 per night and per pet (free in the UK, 50 SEK in Sweden and 2.50 CHF in Switzerland, € 4 in Germany, € 2 in Spain, € 2,50 in the Netherlands) per night. It can stay with you in your room, but it is not allowed in the hotel cafeteria during breakfast hours.

	Formule 1 hotels are not equipped with restaurants. A special offer at Ibis and Courtepaille restaurants is reserved for Formule 1 hotels customers. Inquire about it at your hotel reception desk. If you feel like a snack, an automatic distributor of hot and cold beverages and snacks (candy, etc.) is available in the hotel.
