During your stay, if you notice that the hotel does not guarantee the lowest price for 1, 2 or 3 people (price indicated, excluding promotion) at comparable comfort in the geographical zone (within 10 km), or if you notice a lack of cleanliness or hygiene, we will compensate you with one night in the Formule 1hotel of your choice, at the date of your choice, valid for 1 year

If you book an Formule 1 online at any Accor Internet site and find (within 24 hours) an equivalent offer on another website (excluding Accor wensites) for the same hotel at a lower price, we will honor the lower rate and give you a further reduction of 10%.
