How do I reserve a room at www.hotelformule1.com ?
There are 3 ways to search for and book for a stay planned within the next 250 days, at an Formule 1.1. " Book your room on line " : enter your city or country of destination, or the hotel code. Choose the dates of your stay (optional) and validate. You will quickly access the selection of our hotels available at your destination.
2. " Search for your hotel on a map " : Choose a country. You will find out all about our establishments at a destination. Click on the name of a city to see the list of its hotels. Naturally, you can reserve once you have found the hotel of your choice.
3. " Search a hotel near an address or point of interest " : Enter your destination address or the point of interest (e.g. airport, museum, etc.) to see a list of nearest hotels.

In France, you can also book your hotel room or by dialling the express reservation telephone number: 0 892 688 900 (0.34€ min incl. all taxes.) - for Formule 1 in France only.

Until what time can I make a reservation on the Internet?
If you wish to reserve a room for the same day, you must book before 7 p.m.(local time of the country where the hotel is located).
For other reservations, you can book at any time day or night.
How many rooms and nights can I book at a time on the Internet?
On Internet you can book 2 rooms for 6 consecutive nights at the same Formule 1.If you wish to book more rooms or more nights, you can make a further reservation.
How can I be sure my reservation has been properly registered?
The reservation number which is communicated to you when you complete your booking (e.g. 3182486) is your guarantee that your reservation has been definitively registered.You can receive an email confirmation when you make your reservation.
You can also check your reservation by clicking on "View / Cancel" on the home page of www.hotelformule1.com. Enter the reservation number, the name associated to reservation, arrival date and validate.

- in Germany, call the Formule 1 Reservation phone number:: (01805) 633 644 (0,14 € incl. all taxes). Choose the option "consult/cancel a reservation", and you will find the list of reservations you have recorded.

All reservations made on the Internet are guaranteed.
Consequences of guaranteed reservation :
We are committed to keeping the reservation until 12 midday the following day. This guarantee ensures the reservation of your room after 7 p.m., regardless of your arrival time. If for some reason you are unable to come,, you must cancel your reservation, no later than the day of your scheduled arrival, before 7 p.m. (local time of the country where the hotel is located) on the Internet or by telephoning the hotel directly: you will be given a cancellation code.
If you do not come to the hotel and you have not cancelled your reservation, you will be charged for the first night and the rest of the stay will be cancelled.
